This was my first time on the Isle of Skye and I had a great time visiting Talisker Distillery, trying a few drams and some oysters as well.

Very excited to be back up at The Singleton of Glen Ord, before also visiting Isle of Skye and Talisker Distillery. This time we also got to see the maltings!

Eve at Virgin Hotels is finally opening its doors and offering a relaxed space for cocktails, food and music. I’ll definitely have to come back for a brunch.
We had such a lovely time in Gent so thought I’d share a little guide with recommendations and things to do and see!
As a luxurious treat at the end of our stay in Gent we stayed a night at the lovely 1898 The Post right in the centrum of Old Town.
One of the hotels we stayed at in Gent was the Yalo Boutique Hotel and we had such a good time! Definitely a hotel of my taste.
During our first nights in Gent, we stayed at Hotel Gravensteen right next to the Castle of the Counts. Fairly simple, but convenient!
