Stockholm is a great place to experience Scandinavia, so let me give you some of my recommendations for thing to see, eat and drink!
For our Sweden trip we decided to stay at Downtown Camper and has such a good time. The Spa and breakfast were real highlights of the stay!
For our trip to Tällberg my parents got us hotel rooms at the lovely Green Hotel which has an excellent view over the Siljan lake.
Tucked in to my favourite part of Stockholm, you will find the lovely boutique Victory Hotel which is part of the Collectors Hotels.
This was a hotel that really suited my preferences – located in an old building, friendly staff and lovely cocktails.
Since I grew up in Eskilstuna I’ve never really had the opportunity to stay at local hotels so it was lovely to experience Stadshotellet!
On our way to Sweden our flight didn’t get in until midnight so we treated ourselves to a hotel night at Hotel Clarion Arlanda Airport.
I’m so glad that we had the time to stop by Gävle and Mackmyra distillery on our recent trip to my home country of Sweden!
