Eve at Virgin Hotels Opening Launch Party

Eve at Virgin Hotels is officially opening its doors on October 7th and is offering a lovely relaxed space for drinks and food as well as frequently featuring live music. I went along to the launch party to try some of their cocktails and food and had a great time.

Throughout October, up until the 29th, they will be offering 50% off food to celebrate the launch so I’m thinking I’ll definitely have to take advantage of it and come back for a brunch – the Brunch Platter has caught my interest. I didn’t realise they would be keeping the space open 7cm until late every day for both breakfast, lunch, dinner and of course cocktails so a lovely spot for a stop if you’re in town as it’s located right in the Old Town by Victoria Street.

I can recommend trying the XOXO made with Roku Gin, Strawberry Wine, Sherbet, Cocchi Rosa, Almond and Lemon if you are looking for a lovely fruity refreshment.
