Up on the Moray cost you will find Cullen – the home of Cullen Skink – a lovely getaway for a few days if you like being by the seaside!
Finally managed to have a look around Whisky Fringe here in Edinburgh – and I must say that it’s easy to see why it’s so hard to get tickets!

Raasay is launching their new reworked gin design and hosted an evening of cocktails and food at Bonnie & Wild here in Edinburgh.
For August Cask 88 has turned one of the classic police boxes in to The World’s Smallest Whisky Bar and are offering three different drams!
We went for a daytrip to Incholm Island to see birds and abbey ruins and followed with a dinner at The Boathouse in South Queensferry.
Ballie Ballerson is opening in Edinburgh and I went along to the pre-opening to see what this ballpit cocktail bar was all about!
Montpelier is currently offering Hiveballs with Wemyss Malt which is such a refreshing tipple and I got the chance to try it today.
I already know that I like Smith & Gertrude but had not tried their wine flights before, so we decided to go along and try them out!
